To view your statistics you'll have to install a little Java application that reads your Lightroom database and filters it for useful information. It will gather the following data:
- Identification of the photo in your database (arbitrary number assigned by Lightroom)
- Shuttertimes
- Iso speeds
- Apertures
- Camera name
- Lens name
- Focal length
- Timestamps
- Make sure you have Java installed. You can find it here
- Find your Lightroom database file. By default it is called "Lightroom Database.lrcat", but you can find yours by holding down the control or option key while starting Lightroom. It will present you the location, remember that.
- Download the client program and unzip it
- Close down Lightroom(!!), make a backup of the database (always a good idea) and run the program
- After it has been done, you need to link your lenses to our database. Click the link below to do that.
- Enjoy your statistics!
